In November 2009, elected representatives of several states...48 states...met at the Continental Congress 2009.
It was a daunting task but they did follow the parliamentary procedures and outlined the reasons of and for redress with our out of control government at all levels.
It seems our courts have been dismantling our jury rights, our rights as citizens to a fair trial and redress of complaints at the Supreme Court levels due to a "lack of standing".
Our Founding Fathers of this nation were devoted to being clear as to their meaning and intent however some rogues in government and courts insist they have some psychic interpretation for Our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
The link at the beginning of this blog is for each citizen, whoever wishes, to read the document product of the Continental Congress 2009. Each participant of this elected Continental Congress
has shown uncommon valor in what they did perceive to be "in the line of fire".
The least American citizens can do is read it....more generous will think of it...the wise will realize it protects their freedoms as U.S. Citizens in these United States.

Freedom Rally in DC

There were no "extreme right wingers" in the masses of citizens who went to Washington, DC.
Obama was some other place but we can be sure DC noticed. What is not sure is if they will listen and get the idea America is a Republic.
Along that line, we need to talk. The courts have been dismantling our jury powers of nullification but giving juries flawed instructions indicating they must decide on the case by the law as written at the time of the offense and trial. This is false. The jury has the power and duty to decide if the law was constitutional because an unconstitutional law is null and void, therefore, no law that is null and void can be the root cause of any prosecution.
The jury decides cases also on the merits of the evidence. Unfortunately, the courts and the prosecutors manipulate evidence and do not allow the juries to hear all of the evidence. I am going to place links here for you to read, learn and apply the very real powers given to jurors by our Founding Fathers that give to our Republic a vital check and balance against unConstitutional Laws our Congress and various agencies have turned out in bulk against our country's citizens.
There are reports of courts that have questions prospective jurors regarding nullification of unconstitutional laws and if the prosepective juror had any knowledge they could nullify a law that was unconstitutional that juror would be gone from the trial...dismissed. We need to realize our other votes may be more important than just our vote for the elections. We need to become the check and balance our Forefathers hoped for to keep our nation whole.
Please, read and inform others. We, as American Citizens of our Republic, do have more than one vote. Use it wisely.
